After calculating all the sizes to make the tandem fit your specific measurements, we select the right tubing and prepare it with great care. Each tube is cut, milled, and shaped by hand to match the geometry we’ve designed for you. This step requires patience and precision, ensuring that every joint and angle fits perfectly before the frame is even assembled.
Building a Tandem is way more complex than building a bike. Each of ours is crafted with patience and millimetric precision, one tube at a time.
Each aluminium piece is then placed in a dedicated jig we built, which holds everything in place while we align the frame. The joints are TIG-welded, ensuring a clean look but strong structure with no compromise on reliability.
